Team coaching enables a group of people to work together toward a shared goal, and fosters team growth and excellence. In today’s agile environment team coaching can expidite success for frequent or rapid transitions. Group coaching focuses on individuals increasing self-awareness and learning through peers and collective exploration.
When team or group members are open to exploring individual strengths and relationships, transformation is inevitable. Through coaching and industry-proven assessments, I work with both groups and teams to identify dynamics and facilitate exploration and peer support.
Women encounter distinctive challenges in both the workplace and out in the world. The expectation to juggle multiple roles can be overwhelming, with responsibilities at home and work intersecting.

I am certified in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 assessments and I am a certified DiSC facilitator and can debrief these assessments with individuals and teams. I also work with Positive Intelligence and Clifton Strengths, and administer Work of Leaders and Five Behaviors assessments, as appropriate, in conjunction with individual growth and development.
