I'm dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey of self-discovery and change. With certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Certified Professional Coach, I offer personalized coaching tailored to your unique story and experiences.

My approach involves creating a supportive space for you to explore what truly matters and identify areas for growth. Whether you're facing challenges like negative self-talk, imposter syndrome, or looking for a career change, I'm here to help.

Drawing from my diverse background in various departments of a defense company, including Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of increased self-awareness. Coaching can lead to individual growth, increased confidence, and advanced leadership skills, all leading to improved individual and team productivity, and satisfaction.

In addition to my coaching credentials, I hold an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, which complement my coaching practice well. I'm also certified in administering EQ-i 2.0, EQ-360, and DiSC assessments and when appropriate, I work with other assessments such as Positive Intelligence and Clifton Strengths. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my husband, to Asia, Africa, and Europe. I love to swim, walk, and spend time spoiling our Golden doodle, Mayzie.
