Women & Money Series Leaders

As a Certified Professional Coach, I use a wide variety of tools to help define goals and explore the path to achievement. I have over two decades of experience working in the defense industry where I designed and executed leadership development programs and I was instrumental in the advent of an employee resources group designed to support the advancement and recognition of women.  

I have a master in Business Administration and a bachelor in Counseling. I am passionate about helping women identify personal, professional and financial goals. The Women and Money Series is designed to get women talking openly about money issues. We plan to share information and stories, to inspire each other to better understand your financial motivators, and to identify personal financial goals. 

I spent 20 years in the Financial Services Industry in various roles, from Collections, Operations, Human Resources, and Project Management. I hold a Professional Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have coaching certifications with the John Maxwell Team and Ramsey Solutions.  I am currently coaching executives across a variety of markets, and clients include leaders within the Top 100 companies in the US. 

I have a passion for helping leaders win, and I use coaching, mentoring, and consulting to achieve results. It is particularly important to me to help women be successful. 

I am originally from Southeastern Kentucky and currently reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
